Default polaris pheonix tires

I just bought a 2006 Pheonix for my kids, it has 20-10-9 rear tires on it that are almost shot. I found a set of brand new swamp lites 22-11-9 for cheap. I know they are alittle bigger than stock but am wondering if the bike will handle them. Has anyone ever put bigger tires on these bikes? Just got it and we still have about 4' of snow on the ground so I haven't driven it yet to know how much power it has. any opinions are appreciated. Thanks
Cory

really depends on your terrain. a 22 wont be nearly as fun as the 20 for donuts and tight trails or out of corner accel. but will bump ride height lil. id probably look into a more agressive MX style tire to make the most of a relatively small bike. look at the Artrax MXT tires at Motosport.com. up side is a cheap, high ply count tire, with free shipping over 99.99. a buddy of mine has been running these in hare scrambles with great success and durability so far.
