1995 Polaris Sportsman 400 possible bad cv but not sure
Im not sure if the cv went bad but i was riding earlier when it made a loud pop and jerked to the left when i straightened it up it did it again and almost wrecked me. I have a a couple people tell me it was cv joint and a couple people tell me is was wheel bearing but idk any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just jack it up first if you have to and see if you can feel any excess play or noise in the cv joint area while you're turn each wheel. You may even have to slip the boot down. If the cv joints are ok,possible you may have problems inside the hub. Several different things can happen internally as there are 4 bearings, roll cage, an armature plate. the symptoms that you describe clearly indicate a seized u-joint
that problem arose on my old jeep cj front axle
the front passenger side u-joint seized right up and would not allow the front wheels to turn
pulled the wheels to the far right and would not move , ended up being towed to a garage, as i did not have the proper tools at the time to do it myself
sure put a nice sized hole in my wallet from the repair cost
