Polaris EPS has play in steering
I have a 2012 Polaris Sportsman 550 XP EPS. I've noticed that the steering has developed some play in it and was wondering if anyone else with the EPS has experienced similar issues and what might need to be done in order to tighten things up.
Also, on this same bike it pulls to the right. What types of things can I look at to determine what is causing it to pull. My guess is that there is some type of alignment issue, but I'm not sure how to adjust alignment.
I also have a 2006 Polaris Sportsman 850 that pulls hard to the right as well. When it's on dirt it's not very noticeable, but when driving it on a hard surface I have to work to keep it straight.

Down load this pdf on the 500xp and look under steering alignment. Shows how to adjust linkage and toe in/toe out. Works the same way on the 850,Plus there's an 850 pdf also. Index of /ORV Manuals/Polaris/Sportsman/2009
