Well, to finish off this thread, replaced the filler neck, burped the system, took it for a shorter ride and it seemed to run great. Sunday took it for a long trail ride, including three mud bogs having to winch out of and it ran like a champ. Got it home pressured washed it all off and the coolant all looked great. So thanks for all the tips and help! So glad to get it running just in time to get the snow machines out and put the wheelers away for the winter. Haha

Only took 3 months Glad you finally found the problem..
