Yes it's just fine, but be careful, as the rest of the guys said, Be careful around the seals and intakes. Don't spray to heavily on the decals either, It can sometimes take the paint right off(I know from personal experience)

The manufacturers are covering their butts! They know we're going to pressure wash and they don't want to be responsible for faulty items like electrical or mechanical due to water leakage. When I get to the upper parts, speedometer, shifters, air horn, I stand back so as not to get a lot of impact on those parts. Also, the spark plug wiring and foot shifter. Everything else gets a good going over, especially the plastic, top and bottom.
After washing, I spray with Liquid Wrench inside all the wheel wells, over the shafts, seals and joints. This helps make dirt easy to remove the next time. You don't have to wait for the bike to dry before spraying. Liqud Wrench (WD40) removes water.
I use wax on the metal where the seat mounts. You might notice, the seat takes the paint off the frame. Rub a stick of wax over the area, keeps it from rusting.
