6 bolts are 13 foot pounds,main bolt 40 foot pounds or as most people do just zap it with an air impact. To separate the clutch to get to the washers and one way bearing you have to have a spider tool,a clutch holding tool OR a 1/2" impact strong enough to spin the clutch halves apart. Clutch halves torque back to 200 foot pounds using the spider tool.Can get a little expensive if for a one time use on some tools,but if you plan on working on your machines good to have.http://www.ebay.com/itm/polaris-clutch-spider-tool-p85-and-p90-clutches-epi-341-/260716588256?pt=Snowmobile_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3cb3eb6ce0&vxp=mtrAnother option is to just take the clutch to a repair shop and let them rebuild it.
