Couple small tire irons and a small ratchet strap large enough to wrap around the tire if necessary. This flattens out the tire holding the bead up against the rims so you can air it up enough, then release the strap. Had several riders carry these in the tool box just in case. Even had to use ratchet straps and tighten with a tire iron on some stubborn new tires we mounted at the shop. Hated tires! Later on we got a bead blaster that would sometimes knock you backwards! http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-GALLON-TIRE-BEAD-SEATER-BEAD-SEATING-INFLATOR-BLASTER-TOOL-TRUCK-ATV-TIRE-/390569558262?pt=Other_Vehicle_Parts&hash=item5aefc280f6&vxp=mtr

One of my friends had a tire pop off the bead so we sprayed starting fluid in the tire and lit it. It popped and went back on. Then we had to borrow a bicycle tire pump. It took a long time with that kind of pump.

ETA: I said it popped but it's more accurate to say there was an explosion. If you try this be very careful. It should be a last resort if using the ratchet strap around the tire doesn't work.

I've also wrapped a tow strap around a de-beaded tire and had someone pull with another ATV to seat the bead to get air in it.
