I have a 2013 sportsman 500 With 90 hours on it. Half way threw the day it would not start, just clicked. Looked at the starter and the red wire was broke off at the crimp. Has anyone else had this happen??!! That's a pretty heavy gauge wire... thanks for your thoughts.

 

I've seen crazier things than this over the years. Just go to any auto store and get a new cable or a new fitting or just order an oem replacement for 10 bucks + shipping Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse and keep riding.

 

Thanks! Ill probebly stop by Advanced after work and pick up a new fitting strip that wire back some and crimp it.
