Should be a 94 300 4x4.How about starting out by installing the correct #4011335 solenoid and go from there. $9.50 is about as cheap as you can get.http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Starter-Solenoid-Relay-Polaris-3085521-4011335-/270672608162?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f05583ba2&vxp=mtr Before you get too far ahead I'd do a compression check to see where you stand. If less than 100 psi, then a solenoid or nothing else will help until you address this problem. If compression is ok,but is spark related, pull the black wire from the cdi module and see if it cranks. If that doesn't help, then pull the black wire from the reverse limiter module and test.If none f this helps then you need a manual that can help you on electrical trouble shooting, stator specs,etc.http://www.ebay.com/itm/POLARIS-TRAIL-BOSS-300-2X4-4X4-4WD-94-95-SPORTSMAN-BIG-BOSS-6X6-400-400L-MANUAL-/230809618584?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item35bd534898&vxp=mtr
