Default Oil Fill tube

03 sportsman 700 Oil is either leaking from the fill tube or where it connects to the engine. I am having a hard time seeing exactly where. Is it hard to remove the fill tube completely for inspection? I see in the parts manual there is also a rubber gasket that may possibly be bad too. I don't want to break it so should it be hard to pull out?

When this happens either the small screw holding the dip stick tube has loosened or vibrated out allowing the tube to rise a little and leak around the o-ring. I'd go ahead and get a new o-ring,loctite the screw if you still have it and solve the problem.Should be able to get this size o-ring at most good hardware stores. Item #5. What am I doing wrong here? I can't get a wrench on the bolts holding the oil tube in. I removed the oil filter for more room a socket will not fit keeps hitting the bracket.

1/4" ratchet and wobbly extensions are great for these hard to reach 5 mm bolts or a metric socket style screw driver may help.9 Pc Wobble Socket Extension Set
