Can anyone tell me why my 500 is jumping in and out of 4wd. It just does it randomly while driving.

 

If it's both wheels could be as simple as a ground problem.You can try a better common ground as this guy did for the awd ground wires. If that doesn't help you can jump the brown/white wire at the speedo connector to the brown wire,bypassing the speedo and see if that solves it.Either way the awd indicator should light up.

 

Thanks I'll givevyhat a try. It lights up but it flashes as it kicks in and out. I'll look for a ground problem
