Default Winch switch

I know this isn't specific to just Polaris, but I thought I would ask here anyways. I have a 2500 lbs winch on my Xplorer and it has the rocker style handle bar mounted switch with a relay box for the winch. I mainly use the winch for a snow plow. The problem I have is the relays keep going bad after awhile. I was told the relays are not really meant for using on a snow plow because it is hard on the relays because the constant on and off usage. Is there a different setup that I can use for my winch that doesnt involve the square 80 amp relays? The winch itself is very good. It has lots of power and does a good job when it works. If I can get a different setup that eliminates these relays, it would be great.
