Thank you very much.
Ain't electrical problems fun..

They aren't bad when you have someone as considerate as you to help. I checked the switch, it's ok. I jacked it up to check the 4whl. and when I shut of the switch the front tires were still turning [with force] I just figured the front shafts were at bad angle and the hubs were in a little bit of bind. Or maybe I need to go in reverse a little to unlock them. I took it for a short ride and I couldn't really tell the difference in the ride w/without 4whl lock. Are they all that way.?

Up in the air when you kick the awd button off you should be able to stop the wheels from turning with your foot. They will sometimes keep turning because there's no load or force on them to make them quit. If one wheel keeps locked in,you may just have to ride it a little more and see if it works it self out or you may have one armature plate magnetized. If that's the case it can lock in in two wheel drive mode also and you may have to stop, back up to unlock it.Worst case you may need to replace the armature plates.
