Haven't used an aftermarket one,but if it says heavy duty and supposed to fit,why not.. If it's this one, then looks like they've sold quite a few, plus it's cheaper than an oem manifold.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Polaris-New-...2IzI5w&vxp=mtr

Default Intake leak

I replaced intake and it runs and idles nice, no more lungeing. Now I can hear bearings in fan are shot. is there anywhere I can buy just the motor not the fan and shroud.Because there's nothing wrong with them.

Motors/blades are sold as as a unit. Haven't found any separate blades, not saying that there not available, but why go to the trouble, just replace the unit.A lot cheaper than dealer prices. Cycle Parts warehouse wants $235. You can get them here for less than half that price. Plus Spal is who makes your fan. https://webstore.spalusa.com/en-us/p...rcycleatv.aspx Plus here's an 11 inch fan that your model takes on ebay for 64 bucks.http://www.ebay.com/itm/SPAL-30101502-11-Medium-Profile-Fan-Push/130932579840?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D33861%26meid%3D4f81704826bb4cd6aca08f6b70bad81f%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D5%26sd%3D360787113313

I replaced fan, some fabrication, works great and quiet. But as I slow down I hear a sound like a rooster makes, er, er, er, as I come to A stop. I also replaced fluid. In front differential. What is that sound ?

This can be anything from prop shaft u joints or the short shaft u joints to the rear diff, bearing noise in the tranny or noise from the front diff.Put a load on the front or rear racks to see if this can help you can isolate where the noise is coming from.

Thanks O.p.t. , I will try that. I just want to fix it before it gets worse. The more I listen it sounds like a bearing scqueel.

Then sounds like it could be a wheel bearing or possible noise coming from the front diff. They already have a bad rep on roller cage cracking.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse
