ok, thanks for the feedback. just didn't want to put the entire machine back together and have an issue.
I figured it was just due to friction of new components, rollers etc.. or a roller barely touching the side of the ring gear, etc.. I put a light coat of grease on most parts to help with assemble and breakin. i'm sure it the grease causing the rollers to stick a little.

I was going to do a rebuild guide to help others out, but forgot to take the pics of the cage and rollers etc.. going back together.. but figured the pictures would give anyone a good idea of the internals.. and its a fairly easy rebuild. Hardest part was finding time to do it. Highly recommend a press for the bearings or using the oven and fridge trick that work sometimes.
