WELL HERES A STORY ......ONE OF My friends dad had just got a new raptor and thought he would go climb some hills....well when he got out there it was quite muddy and he didnt have alot of traction....so insted of gaining a little speed before he hit the hill he stopped at the bottem and gassed it....well he was doing fine until he got to the top and the front end lifted up....so insted of jumping off he thought he would stay on and save it...he couldnt save it and the quad came tumbling down right on top of him....i bet next time he jumps off....if you have any stories like this one feel free to tell it

It probably would not be very funny had you been on the raptor instead of someone else.

My buddy did the same thing when he got his raptor. I led up the hill on my warrior and he stopped and tried to go up it slow and got caught half ways up and started to spin. he lost it and it rolled 3 or 4 times broke both headlights off creased all of his fenders and broke reverse ***.

Funny?
Not really what I perceive as FUNNY!I hope this clown learned his leason.Has the guy ever heard of riding within YOUR own capabilities and that of the ATV in which you are riding? How much ATV riding experience does this guy have? How much time did he spend riding and experiencing the Raptor before atempting this stunt? All ATVs will vary differantly in their handling characteristics.I hope he did not get hurt,
Bill

No experience, riding a Raptor, climbing a hill?

That's stupidity at it's finest.

Not really very funny, at least not in a haha sort of way. Sounds like this guy got the wrong bike for his riding style, maybe a 4x4 would be more appropriate for this guy.

Youve got the wrong title for this post. the Raptor did what it was forced to do! it's operator error!

I know the first day that I rode my raptor, I didn't climb any steep hills that I was unsure about for fear of the same thing happening because I wasn't tuned in to the raptor's power yet .
Why would you do something like that?

Polarisrules44,

You have this crash on your hands. You allowed a inexperienced rider to purchase an extreme high performance atv, and then expected him to follow you over a challenging hill. Finally you publicly ridicule this person after they almost got hurt.

I would be very ashamed to do this to a friend.
