Could be worn axle carrier bearings or the drive shaft itself may be bent. Jack the rear end up,turn the wheels and also see if you can move the axle back and forth. If you can, replace the bearings and seals.Polaris ATV Parts 2000 A00BA25CA TRAIL BLAZER REAR HOUSING Diagram
