Question 2000 Polaris Xplorer 300

I have a 2000 Polaris Xplorer 300. Have spark, have clean carb, have compression (new piston and rings)...does not appear to be getting any fuel. have read many posts.. maybe flywheel...need advise.

Check the petcock, if it was anything like mine it's gunked up enough that no fuel was getting through, well, some was, but not enough for it to run.

I have fuel in the line, I have fuel in the bowl of the carb.

you sure the float, needle and seat are working correctly?

yep...bowl has fuel...I am pretty confident in the fuel. I am hoping to check the clutch side crank seal this weekend.
