mmmmm....don't know...I have it on my car. If anybody wants to buy the kit off me and modify it for their four wheeler let me know :-)

Go to www.albaaction.com they sell a banshee kit and could probly be modified to fit an explorer more easily than a kit for a car. Just rember that it makes them VERY unreliable.

I have heard of some of the Polaris sand machines using it. If you do decide to use it, beef the engine up a little or you may end up with your hands fun (full of engine parts that is).
I say do it, "dare to be different!"

Yes, be prepared to spend some cash, not only on the kit, but the maintanance too. It also costs a lot for the nitrous, and it doesn't last long if you plan to use it. I have a 25lb. tank in my car that last for maybe 8-10 shots down the 1/4 mile. That's not much. It might be a good bang for the buck mod, but only to an extent. Why don't you look at an HPD Trail Mod motor or something? I don't know much about them, but they sound sweet. Nitrous would be too much of a pain if you ask me. You also have to make sure you know EXACTLY what you are doing before attempting to use it. Well good luck with whatever you do. Later.

i had a dry nitrous system on my 94 gt and run a 150 shot with a 10 pound bottle and it lasted longer than that.you must run run a 200 plus shot on your car for it not to last longer.a atv wouldnt even use a 5 hp shot to make a big difference.

There's a guy in Arizona named Dennis Shotwell who had a Nitrous system on his Sport 400. He said that he could not only climb hills (the Cinders, near Flagstaff) faster than a Banshee, but did it with a passenger on board too! Way too fast for my tastes, but hey, different strokes for different folks.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. There is something wrong when a guy says something is too fast.

Well, when you've seen the mountains out there, you'd know what I'm talking about. I'd give some serious thought to riding single up them, let alone double while passing a Banshee. These are mountains, guys, not hills. Plus the fact that Flagstaff is about 6000+ feet above sea level itself, were talking serious heights and thin air.
Still, I guess I'll have to go to Our lady of the Blessed Acceleration to do penance.

C-Ya!
