Default 1995 Polaris Scrambler cooling system

I took a 1995 Scrambler on trade and the guy failed to mention the over heating issues. I took it to the Polaris dealer and they said the part needed for the water pump was discontinued so they couldn't help. So.....I have a Polaris pump hooked up but need to verify I have it right.

I have the pump pulling from the bottom of the head and the pushing antifreeze into the left hand side of the radiator if you were riding...right hand if you're infront of the quad. Then the other hose was never messed with and runs from the right hand side of the radiator to the top of the head.

Does this sound right? I've bypassed the water pump housing.

Today also I was playing with it and adding antifreeze until coolant started shooting from the clutch air intake cover when the machine is running at high RPM. I'm thinking maybe there was just too much coolant?

Any help would be appreciated.
