No oil in cylinderhead

Default No oil in cylinderhead

Hi guys, im NEW here, been years Since I purchased a 04 pred 500cc and I use it like 2 times every 6 months cause busy, Last ride the quad overheat then we has to get new exhaust cam because for some reason oil wasnt coming to cylinder head, everything is on now, quad fires good but problem is the cylinder head still dry of oil, how to check if maybe oil pump is broken?

Thanks for your reply, well I can tell that engine runa good because I start up the engine without the valve cover, also I usted to drain a full battery starting it without spark plug Just to see if oil coming up, but guess what, oil isnt reaching top end, im rly giving up with this problem, also I saw the sugestion of maybe it lost the prime so im gonna check any guise on how to do that, thabk u
