wobbling wheel on Explorer?

I have a 98 Explorer with a wobbling left rear wheel. I have checked the lug nut and they are tigh. Any ideas?

Bent Wheel? Bent axle? Look things over good and try switching the rear wheels to see if it is the wheel or axle. If the same side still wobbles, then it's the axle.
