i was thinking of buying a trail bos and since the magnum has the selectable hi or lo gear range i was wondering if it is possible to get it on the boss

No, no hi-lo on a trail boss without bigger bucks than it'd be worth.

(But the trail boss is slow enough that you wont need lo very often)
