I would jack the front of the machine up and try to isolate the problem. Spin both tires and see if the right one seems to spin harder than the left. If it does, it is either the hub locking up or the brake grabbbing. If the right hub spins the same as the left, I would check the toe of the front tires. The right front may be towed out, thus causing the machine to pull. The tires should both be slightly toed out. You can adjust the toe by turning the tie rod ends. Also, do you have a lot of play in the steering. The right tie rod end may be going out, thus causing the right tire to wander out more than it should. Hope this helps.
