I was wondering what type anti freeze everyone is using for their 500 scrams. I thought the dealer said you can use prestone as long as its for aluminum radiators....is this correct?..thanks

The key to antifreeze for the Polaris machines is to get a radiator fluid that is silicate/phosphate free. I just flushed and refilled my Magnum with Havoline Extended Life antifreeze. It is advertised as silicate/phosphate free. I even emailed them to see if it was safe for aluminum radiator and atvs. They replied that is was safe for both. Hope this helps. BTW, it is orange in color.
