Blue,
Dude, what I was trying to say is that the Blaster has am adolescent sized frame.. but, I can see why, if it were any bigger, it would have too much weight to pull itself off a tall anthill.. or if it did get going, the mechanical brakes wouldnt stop it..
BUT, it IS a good enty level machine to teach clutching and how to handle a bigger machine... ( by bigger machine, I mean teaching a child that has graduated from their Suzuki 80 and such machines)

Blue,
If Polaris wanted to make a race quad they would. I bought a Polaris because that's what I wanted. If I wanted a race quad I would have bought the best one currently avaible (400EX) not a puny Blaster.
Also, I would not race a Blaster out of pride. I pick on quads my own size. Another thing, I've had water over the fenders with no belt problems. I'm so tired of you fools talking about belt this, & belt that when you have no idea. Tell your friend to at least buy a Warrior. That is unless he likes to ride with his knees level with his chin.
Adults on a Blaster look funny. It's like the quad should be riding them.

Blueblaster..

I've had my belt slip once on my TrailBlazer

And the water was about 5 inches over the front tires

Hell, that would be over the handle bars on that POS thing you call a ATV!

Get off that childs ATV and get a real quad!

I would agree with Blue Blaster. Personally my idea of a sport quad is: good handleing, good power, good suspension, LIGHT weight, and double front a-arms. But on the other hand I have never riden a Polaris. But I still would have to go with the Blaster considering I have riden one and I ride with one almost every week.

Rod-sorry it took so long to reply some moron cut a major phone line in my area.I would have to say power wise the 99 Boss and the 00 Blazer are close but the Blazer seems to have slightly more power all around.I have ridden both of them alot, but they are two completely different machines. The boss is exellent for long trail rides, very comfy, but the Blazer is the best choice for serious play.

Hey 97TrailBlazer at least the company I bought my Blaster from does not contain the initials P O S they must have known they were building POS's. And Andrew Thomas my friends knee's were not hitting the handle bars. You a say that a Blaster is a kids quad. What do you call what your riding. I call it a dumbass's quad for someone who had know idea how to use a clutch and a shifter or a person who cannot walk and chew gum at the same time. Also do not make fun of brands that are better than your which that means you better just shut your big mouth and pull your head out of your *** because you do not know your *** from a hole in the ground.

BlueBlaster,
Little Man I drive Semis, Tractors, Grain trucks etc that have more gear changes than you are old! You my friend own the Pee-Wee Herman of quads. You idiots on here that think you can drive because you manage to grind your way through 5 gears amazes me. You don't have the slightest clue about how to drive a "mans" veichle.

NOTE: Please all fools listen. If you feel the need to call my quad overweight, ugly whatever go ahead. BUT don't say I can't drive because I have an automatic quad. I haven't ran into anything yet I can't drive and/or shift. So don't be a moron!

Andrew Thomas if you knew anything about the Blaster you would know it has 6 gears. What do you call a real man's vehicle. Do you mean a manual transmission truck? If you do I know how to drive a Chevy Full Size truck with a manual transmission. Oh I bet you don't like Chevy's either. I would like to prove to you that the Blaster is better but you don't sound like you would like to race me. But if you do want to race let me know.
