When would one hear of any new models Polaris might be comming out with? I know there have been rumors about 500+ cc machines but nothing concrete yet. Hoping they will spice things up a little. Things are getting boring in the Polaris stable. Maybe the Rubicon will kick them in the pants(?)...............

The whole quad industry is boring right now, there's nothing new to talk about. It gets interesting when the new models start showing up.

I stopped into the Polaris dealer today and he was all lathered up about having a YELLOW Sportsman. You know things are slow in the land of New-Things-To-Pitch when that gets you going.

You would think that in this segment of recreation machines (most profitable, highest growth, most units and soon-to-be highest revenue) that manufacturers would be knocking themselves out trying to establish and re-establish market leadership and innovation. Yeah, it costs money, but it is cheaper to invest now and keep market share than to lose it and have to win it back. If these guys were in my industry (computers) they would be rattling a tin cup on the street by now. I don't think it means better design/engineering.....I think it means design/engineering being steered hard by insightful marketing leadership. My two bits. Polaris......let me know if I can help.

hey, I'm not too impresed of a Scrambler 500 2by4, itsnoit exciting, as soon as one company comes out with a special new ATV the other companies will not let them kick there butts so that shoudl get things stirring...hopefully,

A triple cylinder 800 two stroke would be nice, I think that the companies would really let loose if it wasn't for all the liability crap they have to put up with, There was a recent case about a guy on a mountain bike who sued for millions and won, his case was this: he was riding at night on a street and went down a hill and hit a car, he sued cause no one TOLD HIM WHEN HE BOUGHT IT HE NEEDED TO USE A LIGHT TO RIDE AT NIGHT!
I am surprised they even make some of the quads they do.
