I have an 01 Explorer 400 with a very troublesome air box lid. It doesnt seal tight and it lets water in. Is there a quick fix to make it seal better? I thought about adding double sided tape or something but not sure it would hold up. Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated.

Tweeter, i ran a bead of silicone all the way around the edges of my airbox lid. It works great. If you want to clean the filter just peel off the silicone and put it back on when you get done.
