Will the 2002 Sportsman 500 be an orphan?

Noticing that the 2002 Sportsman 500 is in inventory I could not help wondering if this will be a regular model for the year 2002 once the 700 is introduced. Will it be continued?

Remember last year? Polaris introduced the 2001 Ducks Unlimited and Remington Special Edition without the HO engine. (bummer) Then later made the HO engine standard equipment.
