Baddad920....I commend you for contacting your local political officials. I still can't believe you don't want to take part in an active organization. Someone like you who actually acts is nice to have around, and ANY club would greatly welcome your energies.

One example I just experienced. Darrell from HPD was burning up the phone lines a few weeks ago. When I asked what it was all about, he informed me that a few people had ORGANIZED in Sherburne county (north MPLS metro) to literally outlaw the use of almost anything motorized except lawnmowers. With his energies, and those of ATVAM, they ORGANIZED and showed up at a council meeting. The local council was visibly startled to see an ORGANIZED effort to keep riding legal.

If you people don't have a local club, please start one. If you don't, at least conact the local forest service/DNR and volunteer with them to help on trail maintenace. UNITED WE RIDE, DIVIDED WE WALK!!!! Start clubs, join clubs, or sell your machine.

Jack, thanks for the info on the BRC, I was just about to join. By the way, The District 23 AMA does help in matters other than competition. I'll be turning my funds from the BRC over to my local clubs.
