State Farm sucks!! I had State Farm insurance on my 2000 Warrior, and when I rolled it, they fixed it then dropped me! Not just my atv insurance but dropped me completly. And the only other thing I had on my record was a couple speeding tickets. So my Dad called the agent up, gave him hell, and pulled our whole account. We have alot of vehicles so they lost a nice chunk of change over that one. Sorry to hear about your bike though, and I hope it all gets taken care of quickly. They were also rather slow about my repairs and payment.

My question is now that your machine is totaled and you are getting a new quad. is it possible to buy your wrecked quad for a parts machine?

I did the same thing to my 2000 xplorer about 4 months after i got it. I took it to the dealership and got an estimate of 6800 to fix it labor and parts. That was more than i payed for the machine. I had insurance and they cut me a check within 3 days. I bought the machine back from them for 1200 and fixed everything that was broke for about 1000 bucks. They really nit picked at the dealership and every scratch or anything that even looked scratched they said should be replaced. My insurance company didn't drop me and my rates didn't even go up. I've heard that after 2 times they will drop you from their company. You should try to buy the machine back and fix it yourself. My frame was only 500 bucks from polaris. You could have an extra bike without having a whole lot of money in it. You can check out some pics of my wrecked xplorer at http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/jjtdiceman

YES They would sell it back to me for 1800 bucks. It would have cost me 2200 in parts alone to get it good enough to ride. 3800 bucks to put it back like it was not including labor total with labor was around 8k. So I passed and decided to take the money and buy a Kawi 650.
