69muscle,
Thanks for relating your similiar experience. Your comments were exactly what I was after and a good example of what this forum is all about. Although I agree with the rest of you re: tightening bolts; (especially on a brand new machine) I'd still probably be wanting to know from my dealer why this isn't the first time this has happened(things have a tendency to look a little differrent when it's YOUR 5 grand on finance). Would've been a shame if he'd been ripping around a corner full bore.......

Hopefuly you realize I was kidding... I've never checked any bolts on my TBoss... but I think it is a good ideas to check what you can. I'd be a little p'd off if my new ATV fell apart in the first few hours ...
I'm going to check mine when I change the brake pads this weekend.
By the way, my neighbor has a Honda that had axle problems when it was new. Doesn't mean that Hondu's are junk, just means he had a problem when it was new.
In a case like this maybe dealer could/should go thru your quad and make sure everything else is tight.

DaBoss,
I knew you were just b.s'ing around and your right; I know full well that I should've went around MY machine at least once by now with a torque wrench and never did it(did torque the head bolts as Polaris' are famous for blowing gaskets). Hope my customer's dealer does him right. Thanks for the input.
