90 Scrambler X

My bad, I thought that you had a 4x4 Scrambler 500 (dry weight of 559lbs). A 2x4 Scrambler 400 has a dry weight of 481lbs. Still pretty heavy. So what did you do to drop over 80lbs on the machine? I think I had you confused with another poster...
Even if you machine does weight the same as my Raptor, the Polaris just isn't set up for that type of riding... I'd say it takes some nuts to jump a Polaris over 30ft.

i removed the floorboards installed nerfs, removed shifter, replaced with a homemade one, removed cooling fan, removed starterand battery, removed oil injection, replaced front bumber with a alum. one, switched to alum. wheels, replaced handle bars with alum.,and lots of other lil stuff.
you are right the polaris is not the best jumper stock but... works now has a strut for them helps out alot and pep is reworking the fox rear shock with them mods it will acutally surpise you how much different they react to jumping.also i replaced pipe and silencer.
