Well, I have to say that all the hype of the new kawi and grizz. has gotten to a few of my ridding pals. They were all proud of their new machines, my Parie can do this and that and beat your Scr500 in a race too. my grizz is the nutz. I just got back home tonight after a 6.5 hr ride, had to pull my buddies grizz home it just died after going through a creek(yes it was deep, over the seat) and the kawi, yes we raced down a flat gravel road-did he beat me NO. So If you guys out there with your 650's say how much acceleration you have I have yet to see it. I think the kawi rides ok it is comperable to a scrambler, no where near a Sportsman. it handels good but I think the grizz does handle a bit better. I guess what I,m trying to say is I went everywhere they did no problems and my scrambler is a 98 the first year for the H.O. motor. Granted yea I beat the kawi in a race, but I do have a HPD pipe and a new carb and etc...to get everthing to work right. I'm just a little tied of all the polaris bashing. From my experience there is nothing I have seen for woods/trail ridding that is better than a SCR500 or 400. They are fast they can handle fairly well and the suspension is great plus you have 4 wheel drive. My friends with the banshees and 400ex's are faster but when it come to ridding in the woods they are either getting stuck or bashing the hell out of the bottom of their machiens, not to mention that occationl stump that catches the a-arm(funny only if your a spectator). If the make a new scrambler I would like to see a double A-arm set up in front, other that that it is hard to find a week point with this machine, except may be for rack/storage space for hunting, but that is what the 6x6 is for. Buy the way I took the dog with me today, so I was pulling the trailer.
