I really would like a polairs manual with good colored pictures and has alot of technical stuff in it, instead of the stock manual, do they make any other manuals with pictures/better detail for a 99 xplor400?

I did a lot of looking, and found only 2 options. It seems that you can either get the big Polaris factory manual (call 952-884-2111, ask for Linsey) or else you can get a Clymer manual. Be advised, the only Clymer manual I could find doesn't cover the CDS rear suspension, nor the shaft drive to the front. I think it only went from 97 or 98 back, clear to the Cyclone 3 wheelers. Try out clymer.com in case they did an update.

Good luck
