WARRANTY says it don't cover ATV thats been "altered structuraly,or modified"if you have no more than added lifts as they specify,I'd say you have case.Your only recourse maybe small claims court or at least try another dealer,remove lifts first.keep us posted.Later CM

 

In a case like this, take off your mods before you bring it into the dealer. Then how the hell are they gonna know if you had it modified. You should get them replaced under warranty then.
