Turn the key on, turn the switch on. Try to pull start it. See what happens. Try to trace wires, see if somthing is unplugged or cut.

Polaris has everything wired together, you take one out, you take the whole system out in some cases. Like the christmas lights.

Did you re-jet for the cold weather. There is a very good possibility that you blew it up.

You didn't say how you were riding when this happened, but unless you were really pushing it, I doubt the problem is rejetting. I live near Erie, just north of you and I never rejet, but seldom run WOT (wide open throttle) for great lengths of time when it's really cold.
You need to do the usual checks. Pull the plug and ground it to check for spark. You need to take a compression check or just put your thumb over the spark plug hole and see if the piston has a hole in it. Put a cap or syringe full (a few cc's) of mixed gas down the spark plug hole and see if it fires to tell you if it is getting gas. Gas and spark are the first things to check easily. Track these things down first and go from there. Unless someone else has another idea then you have to start taking pcs off and that's not as quick or easy.
