I might have any easier way of changing the plug for you. Find a plug socket that has the rubber bushing up in it. With the bushing in it, lossen your plug till you can get it the rest of the way with your fingers. Take the rachet off it so you have the room to remove it. Once you have it out, take the plug out and remove the rubber piece. Start threading the plug into the head with the socket. Once there is enough room put the rachet back on it and tighten it the rest of the way. Leaveing the rubber piece out will make it much more easier to remove the socket from the plug once it is snug. It takes me about 5-10 min to change.
