<< I have a 95 400 scrambler , will these lights be the same as what mine had? Does the lights come with the wireing harness that plugs in under the hood panel?

Yes, the lights are the same as a '95 as far as I know. Theses are actually off a '98 scrambler, and they worked perfectly on my '96 sport 400. Also, the switch (harness) was a direct &quot;plug in&quot; (under the hood), so the install was a piece of cake.
