yesterday i took my clutch apart to chnge springs and it turned in to a nightmare first when i got the cover off there was mud and dirt in it.no big deal replace the in side seal. Then i went to pull off the driven clutch when i got it off and apart i found one of the screws that hold the buttons had broke off and had to drill it out.Major pain in the a$$.Has anyone else had these screws to break off?And would a roller action clutch help out one more thing which helix should i run? I m not sure which bike i will put it on the 425 or the 400.Thanks for the input.

I too, had snapped my share of screws. I've had HPD's roller secondary on for about a year with some really hard miles on it. Works flawless. Great upshift, and instant backshift. You could talk to them as far as your uses and riding style as to which helix to use. As long as you're in there (not to sound too much like a commercial, which I always do, sorry) try one of their Kevlar belts. Ran one belt all last summer, woods racing, sand dune drag racing, on a HPD full race mod.
Once again sorry to sound like a commercial, but if these products would've be available when I first started modding my quad, I would've saved a lot of money. Just trying to help others avoid wasting hard earned ching.
Good Luck,
Ken
