Does Polaris make any big bore "like a 500cc +" sport bike with OUT a automatic transmission in a 2 or 4 stroke?

 

It's coming this summer.

 

A 500 liquid cooled single cylinder four stroke. It will have a electric start,five speed, however no REVERSE. Yes I said NO REVERSE. They say this quad has been in the making for 3 years and been extensively torture-tested with no major flaws. It also says that Polaris is throwing in some of there own innovations such as rack and pinion steering and fully rebuildable front shocks. And finally the weight is estamated to be around 375lbs, and to be released late spring early summer. It also said this will not be a glorified Scrambler.

 

Any HP numbers yet? Any word of a 650cc bike in the future?

 

No HP # yet, but I have a feeling on the 18th we will find out. Just a feeling not set in stone.

 

Everyone is expecting big things from most of the major manufacturers.

The z400 has allready been shown pics and specs, so the rumor and pics have been gone for a couple of months. The same goes to the Rincon. The only other two rumors out there with a faint pics is the new Polaris Sport and the Kawi Sport. And with the wright up in DW mags about the Polaris saying it will be out late spring early summer, it lends me to believe that the goose will be let out on the 18th. That it will be the new Polaris Sport. We shall soon see.
