Wh at is a good air presure for the tire on a 500 HO? I have them at 5 pounds now and think it is ok but what are the rest of you running?

5lbs is good for all around use. If you need real good traction lower it to around 3lbs. But for the most part 5lbs will be good.

I just went up from 3 lbs to 5. It's a little rougher on the hard surfaces, but spins the tires better and probably has a bit more top end. Also twitchier on the steering. There is less traction, but where do you ride. I would air them back down for mud and sand.
The center will likely wear faster than the rest of the tire since it's riding more in the middle.

I ride mostly trails in the summer and snow and ice in the winter. I am not much for the mud i like getting out in the ruff stuff and going where other people dont usually go,(off the trail) But for right now i am on ice and snow. 5 pounds seems to work go, maybe i will let them down to 3.5 and see the differance.
