Can anyone recommend a good quality trailerable cover for my sp700. I like the Polaris one listed on their site, but from the pic it doesn't look like it will fit a machine with a front mounted winch. Most of the good quality ones I see that look like they will fit are not trailerable. Any advice on brand and where to get it will be appreciated.

I can't speak for your SP700 but the ones they sell for the other genIV machines are not of the best quality but they will fit over the winch and bumper. However, if you have brush gaurds on the handlebars the seams will tear out at the handlebars. I had to warranty my first one. Now every time I put it on I have to leave it loose at the top. I would not recomend them for trailering. Good luck with whatever you get.

Whapelton Canvas Company www.wcco.com will custom-make any kind of tarp you can think of if you can give them the measurements. If you can find someone with a tarp that will fit, or even measure a Polaris one from your dealer, and call them with the specs, I bet they could set you up. I warn you, they are not cheap, but they are the BEST I have seen. They use the exact same material that you see the big trucks use as tarps. VERY heavy-duty stuff. When we last had a tarp custom cut for us to fit a wagon, the price was about $10 a square foot. However, we have had a tarp from them for over 10 years, with almost no signs of wear. I think if you had it stretched tight over the wagon, an average person could walk over it, and not tear the stuff. It is probably way more than you are looking for, but thought I might suggest it.

I drive a V10 truck and ride a 700. I LOVE overkill. This sounds perfect to me. I will be contacting them. Thanks much.

P.S. I just tried the address you gave me and all I get is a news site. Are you sure you gave me the right URL?

Famous, you are right, their website is www.shurco.com They specalize in those roll-up tarps that semis use, but last I knew still did custom tarps. Our neighbor has one custom fit to his wagon, they turned the ends down so it exactly fits the top of the wagon, but extends straight down about 3 feet all the way around, kind of like a miniature circus tent. I would think an ATV cover could be something on the lines of a smaller version of that.

SilverV10, I found an 800 # for them. It is 1-800-474-8756
