The hidden charges that you are referring to, probably came from financing the machine. When I got my first quad, a 1999 TB, I only paid $3600 for it. But, after the finance charges were included it was well over $4000!! Check and see if that is what happened in your case. Denny Racing Domain

no that is not it. And lets say it was the finance charges you only paid an additional 400.00. I am paying an additional 1496.00 Big differnece

You could try Michigan's Attorney General's office. Most states have laws against "unreasonable prices." There must also be some type of a hidden cost clause...hope this helps.

Hey guess what, I have an update here. I was promised a helmet and goggles. They asked me what color of a helmet I wanted? I said yellow to match the ATV. Today I recieved a Black and Red Snowmobile helmet. What a crock. they sent me a vector snomax helmet. Where is the customer satisfaction here. They can not even get that straight.

I would've sent the quad back with the dealer and followed him to the dealer and found out what the deal was in person.
If you don't take the quad into possesion it isn't yours!
