They're steel. Steel isnt usally graded.

 

ck ebay i have set of polished race wheels. fts are listed but i have rears as well for your bike. can send pics if you like the fronts are brand new 190s with reinforcing rings AND THE REARS are slightly used but the same. they do not bend
