ATF in Polaris Transmission?

Has anyone used ATV or Type F transmission fluid in a Polaris tranny? The fluid just splashes around on gears so I don't see what it could hurt. I would hate to be wrong though. How much fluid does it hold?

Your right ,it just splashs around.
I'v used mobil one when i was in a bind once and dident have enough polaris gear lube
I use the polaris oil because you only change it 1-2 times a year.
I forget how much it takes,if you need to know I can go in the garage and check
