Works, PEP, Hot Seat, I have a newly freshened full set of Fox's with Hot Seats dual rate springs. Great for a trail mod that hasn't had 100 lbs removed. Fox, and only Fox components and oil were used. The rear is the stock Fox for a 99 sport/scrambler, will fit up to 2000.

MOD
The Front Shocks and Springs should work on any Scrambler from 97 to current.

On the Rear I am showing different Part# for the shock and HSP Springs.
97-99 only had 8.2" of travel on the rear.
00-current has 10.5 inches of travel on the Rear.

If you were to put the older rear on a 2000 or later model you might loose suspension travel??????????????
According to the Polaris Parts Catalog the Original Fox shock used on 97-99 will work on Trailblazers and Trailbosses. If your rear is off of a 99 it should work on a Trailblazer.
Does it have the external Reservoir? or just the shock?

When all of them were freshened this winter, the valving was also softened slightly. The rear is the large diameter w/o the resevoir. It's larger size aids in the cooling, like the message I sent you said, Fox, and only Fox oil and parts.
