My buddy just bought one, why? Well the new grizzly is 10.000 which he wanted but its his first ATV so it was better for him to go for the 98 Xplorer 4*4 for 2000.00 with a new Helmet. For that price if it's not the greatest he can always sell it and atleast get his money back right.
Now the question I have is, if he breaks the chain, could be get home with the front shaft pulling. Will the 4*4 engage without the rear wheels spinning.
How is it in Mud and Water to the racks, will it suck it in or will it be able to cross.
If he does get water in the clutches, how do you get it out with NO drain plug, do you tip it upside down.
How is the motor, is it reliable.
Anyone have any knowledge or comments. Where is Bill Ciberalli that used to be here all the time, the one who was looking at buying a NEW GRIZZLY.
