scram idle adjust?..please help

Where do you adjust idle? She runs great, except at idle she stalls. With the choke on she idles great,though a little high.

It's the larger horizontal screw on the left side of the carb. The smaller one is your idle-1/4 throttle mixture adjust. Out on the mixture leans things out, and in on the idle screw speeds things up.

On my 01 SC 500 4x4 the idle speed screw is actually at the bottom of the float bowl. It is connected to a cable that adjusts the throttle plate.
