about 15-16 pounds. Add the black extendo flares and about 2" of plastic off the fenders to make a grand total of 19 pounds. Had a grand 'ol time with the sawzall and welder last Fri. Used the rearmost floorboard mount tube for a foot pegmount (reused the serrated "pegs" riveted to the floorboards). Best part is with the lesser weight AND myfreshly painted wheels(black), I now can go 60 mph!!!
